New Delhi: Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan, who turned 35 on Saturday, wishes to the left-handed batsman throughout the cricket fraternity.
Yuvraj Singh Dhawan, former Indian cricketer, wished him enough success to ‘create a bit of thunder’ as he was preparing for the second T20 match against Australia on Sunday.
“Janamdin D Laksha, Laksha Wadhaiyan Jat ji @ sdihwan 25. Wishing you good health and success. Create some thunder below!” Yuvraj tweeted.

India’s batsman KL Rahul, who was Dhawan’s starting partner in the first T20 on Friday, wished Southpaw all the fun.
“Happy birthday @ SDhawan25, wish you lots of love and all the happiness,” Rahul tweeted.

Former India batsman VVS Laxman also joined the team.
“Happy birthday @ SDhawan25. Have a wonderful year and wish you a lot of success and happiness, Shikhar,” Laxman tweeted.

Virender Sehwag congratulated Dhawan on his birthday and said heartfelt wishes on his birthday.

Dhawan has played 139 ODIs, 62 T20s and 34 Tests for India. In total, he has scored 9,712 international runs so far.
Along with Rohit Sharma, who is not part of the white-ball leg of India’s tour of Australia, Dhawan has formed a very rich partnership in men’s T20I cricket, scoring 1,743 runs.
