Patna: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat is on a three-day tour on December 4 to attend his organization’s Akhil Bharatiya Working Committee (ABKM) meeting.
This is the first meeting of the ABKM in Patna. A crucial ABKM meeting to discuss important political issues and policy issues will be held on December 5 and 6 at the Keshav Vidya Mandir on Mircha-Mirchi Road in Patna City area.
“However, Bhagwat will arrive in Patna on December 4 by service at 12 noon. He will remain in the Keshav Vidya Mandir throughout the state capital. The RSS chief will leave Patna on December 6 around 3.45 pm. He will be flown to Delhi by a service plane, ”RSS Pranat Pramukh of South Bihar said on Wednesday.
RSS sources said that Bhagwat will hold a meeting with senior Savayam Sevaks of Bihar and Jharkhand on December 4 as soon as he arrives in the state capital before attending the ABKM meeting on December 5.
“In terms of its style of operation, the RSS holds its crucial ABKM meeting around Diwali every year. Pradhan Pradhak (State Fee for Mass Communication) and all volunteers above their ranks attend the crucial ABKM meeting, this year’s ABKM meeting was held in Prayagaraj, Uttar Pradesh, around Diwali, but was unable to hold it due to the Kovid-19 pandemic. Pandey said, “This is the first time the ABKM meeting is being held in the area.”
Pandey informed that the RSS has divided the country into 11 regions to facilitate its operations. The North-East (Northeast) Region is one of 11 regions covering the political regions of Bihar and Jharkhand. According to the RSS corporate establishment, there are three provinces – North Bihar, South Bihar and Jharkhand – in the North-East region. Pandey said similar area meetings were being held in other areas as well.
