Chandigarh: A special CBI court in Panchkula has summoned Haryana Additional Chief Secretary (Home and Health) Rajiv Arora and four others as additional accused in the Manesar land deal case on Tuesday, and former Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda and 32 others in the case.
Hooda and 31 others have been granted bail on a regular basis and one accused Atul Bansal has been declared guilty.
Special CBI Judge Jagadeep Singh said the prima facie case was made to summon Rajiv Arora and four others for crimes under the IPC.
