Kolkata: When Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee is bidding for a third term, Rebel Trinamool Congress senior Suvandu official told her party on Wednesday that it is “difficult to work together”. The suggestion came just one day after consultations with party seniors Abhishek Banerjee, Sougata Roy and Sudeep Bandopadhyay, and Tantric Prashant Kishore.
Sources said the firing of power was provocative, firing at the party and that they would remain in their laps before their differences with the leadership were “meaningfully resolved.”
Wednesday’s sudden events cast a shadow over the possibility of an officer attending Mamata’s December 7 Midnapore meeting, who has been invited.
The official reads a message to Roy: “There is no solution to the issues I have raised.
“What I said Tuesday is true. Now, if they choose to change their mind, that is their decision, ”Roy said.
