Pune: Students of Fergusson College have complained about the difference in results, which has subsequently caused problems in getting admission to further courses.

Autonomous College is a week away from announcing results for various final year courses. Since then, many students have said that the temporary results do not match their actual marklists. Some of them do not have all semester marks.

Final year BSc Physics student Vishal Palve said, “Before I asked for points, the college informed me that my cumulative grade point average (CGPA) was 8.46. But when I got the final marklist, it showed 8.43. Now, a batch of grants to Nagar College has been filled, the application for the non-grant category has to be submitted.

Another student of final year BA (Hindi) said, “I want to apply for my Master’s Course and employment, but the college has yet to publish the overall result. I have emailed my question. It remains unanswered. I have already missed some deadlines. I’m afraid. ”

A final-year statistics student said the deadline for applying for a guard post had already been missed. “Now there is a problem with the outcome. We have to contact the college to change the outcome. They should announce the final result soon,” he said.

Students were instructed by the college to conduct backlog tests. These demands were taken to the authorities.

Sandhya Sonawne, one of the students who represented the victims, said, “There are many students who have backlogs from their previous exams.

Provisional results are being provided to those in need, said NM Kulkarni, deputy principal of Fergusson College. They claim that these are 99 percent correct. “We are helping those who come in contact with us with issues. Backlog tests will be held in January so that students have a fair chance,” he said.
