KARACHI (Pakistan): A woman has been accused of abusing Pakistani leader Babar Azam during an explosive press conference. A woman who claimed to be Babar’s schoolmate said the player had been exploiting her for about ten years.
At his press conference, Baber claimed to have promised to marry her in 2010, but he did not live up to his promise since he was a famous cricketer.
In a video shared by Pakistani journalist Saaz Sadiq, a woman is seen calling for justice. The woman claimed that she was financially supportive of Babur when he was not a cricketer.

She claims that Babar physically abused her and threatened her if she went to the police.
“He promised to marry me. He made me pregnant, he beat me, he threatened me and he used me,” the woman can be heard saying in the video shared by Sadiq.
Babar is currently in New Zealand’s Pakistan squad as he prepares to horn with the Kiwis in three T20s and two Tests. Earlier this week, seven members of the Pakistan team tested positive for COVID-19.
Earlier this year, Babar was named the leader of Pakistan for all three forms of the game.
