Canberra: Australian young all-rounder Cameron Green is terrified of the “quality” spin attack of the Indian team and hopes no research work will prepare him for the on-field experience.
The talented Green made his international debut in the third ODI against India. Although Australia lost the match by 13 runs, the rookie enjoyed a crucial match in the middle.
“His spinners, I have never encountered such quality,” Green was quoted by cricket dot com.

Chasing 303 for victory, the 21-year-old finished fifth with Ravindra Jadeja’s brilliant catch before bowling a six and a six.
“Jadeja is a beautiful bowler who knows exactly what he is trying to do: turn away from you a little and turn one back.
“You can do as much research and watch as you can to get an understanding of bowling. But it’s a different animal in the middle. I take the most out of it,” said Green, quoting Kuldeep Yadav.

Australian captain Aaron Finch handed the green ball to world cricket’s best player Virat Kohli. The youngster was impressed by Kohli’s double defeat by fast-out swingers.
“Bowling for Virat is one step closer to how good a cricketer he is,” Green said. “I tried to bowl a bumper to Virat and he was quick on it,” he said.
